3. Contact information.
4. A good faith statement the use is unauthorized.
5. A statement the notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury.
6. A physical or electronic signature.

Designated Agent

Counter-Notice

If content was removed in error, submit:

1. Identification of removed content.
2. Statement removal was a mistake.
3. Consent to jurisdiction.
4. Signature.

We will restore material if the original claimant does not file legal action within 10 business days.

Repeat Infringers

We may terminate users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.

Modifications

We may update this policy at any time.
